Make a difference today with CICIL!

Would you help support CICIL’s mission to empower people with disabilities to live independently by making a donation to CICIL Connection Center? Your donation will make an impact, whether you donate $5 or $500!

Here's what your dollars go toward:

With $20 donation:

  • Sponsor a one month membership for a peer

  • Purchase of one paperback book with a disabled main character and/or author for our Connection Center Community Library. 

 

With $40 donation:

  • Purchase a new board game for CICIL Game Day

 

With $50 donation:

  • Sponsor purchase of materials for one sensory kit to have available for use by peers with sensory needs while visiting the Connection Center

  • Fund one hour of job coaching for a peer who does not have an outside funder such as Iowa Vocational Rehabilitation Services or a Medicaid HCBS waiver.​

With $75 donation:

  • Purchase a cookware set for peer-led cooking classes in the Connection Center Kitchen

 

With $100 donation:

  • Pay for 10-15 individuals to participate in a group craft activity

 

With $125 donation:

  • Sponsor one adaptive cooking starter set to make using our kitchen more accessible for peers with mobility impairments

 

With $175 donation:

  • Support the purchase of adaptive exercise equipment, such as one pair of active hands grip gloves
